On-Site Training

We believe the services we provide do not end with the purchase of our point of sale hardware and the Checkova software. We are here to ensure that the client’s employees and personnel can gain a full understanding on how to use and operate our products according to their needs. Full training is offered on both hardware and software. This training can be in-house in our own offices, or if the client prefers, we can give training at the client’s premises.

EPOS Retail is always
available to provide help and support in case there are issues that
came up with the use of the hardware and software that we offer. We
can be contacted through fax, telephone, email or instant messenger.
We are also in the process of developing a real time window within the
EPOS system itself for better online support.
